Project OverviewThe Disaster Recovery Project involved the comprehensive restoration of 37 residential units and common areas severely impacted by flooding. As the appointed project manager, I led the initiative to restore safety, functionality, and quality of life for affected residents while maintaining compliance with local regulations and budget constraints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and Coordination: Developed a detailed project charter, statement of work, and schedule to guide the restoration process from start to completion.

  • Stakeholder Management: Engaged with the HOA board, contractors, local authorities, and residents to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project.

  • Risk Mitigation: Created and implemented a risk management plan to address potential challenges, such as permit delays, contractor performance, and budget overruns.

  • Execution Oversight: Supervised critical phases, including demolition, mold remediation, structural repairs, and community revitalization, ensuring timelines and quality standards were met.

  • Financial Stewardship: Managed a comprehensive budget, balancing costs for individual units and common property restoration while maintaining a contingency fund for unforeseen expenses.

  • Successfully restored 37 residential units and associated infrastructure within a 3-month timeline.

  • Ensured full compliance with local safety and building regulations, receiving all required permits and certifications.

Project 2: Project Charter


Project Title: Moxie White Label

Purpose and Objectives The purpose of this project is to white-label SYNDUIT software to create a dedicated platform for Moxie, a health and wellness company. This platform will allow Moxie Health Ambassadors and their downlines to promote their businesses using tools and resources branded under the Moxie label. The primary objective is to deliver a customized, user-friendly marketing solution that enhances Moxie’s Health Ambassadors' ability to grow and sustain their businesses effectively.


Background and Context SYNDUIT has been hired by Moxie to white-label the SYNDUIT software for Moxie Health Ambassadors. This initiative will provide Moxie’s team with customized tools and resources to enhance their operational efficiency and engagement with clients.


Scope The scope of this project includes:

  • Customizing the SYNDUIT software to reflect Moxie’s branding, including logos, color schemes, and terminology.

  • Developing and integrating tools and features tailored to the needs of Moxie Health Ambassadors, such as client management, marketing automation, and reporting dashboards.

  • Preloading the Moxie-branded software with 10 initial done-for-you marketing campaigns, including:

    • 2 Facebook classes

    • 1 newsletter

    • 4 email campaigns

    • 3 social media campaigns

  • Providing training and support materials for Moxie Health Ambassadors to ensure successful adoption of the software.

  • Conducting user testing to validate the software’s functionality and usability.

Excluded from the project scope:

  • Development of entirely new software features unrelated to the existing SYNDUIT platform.

  • Hardware or device provisioning for Moxie Health Ambassadors.

  • Ongoing post-launch maintenance and support beyond the agreed-upon project timeline.


Deliverables The primary deliverables for this project include:

  1. Customized SYNDUIT software branded for Moxie, including visual and functional updates.

  2. Integration of tailored tools and features such as client management, marketing automation, and reporting dashboards.

  3. Preloaded software with the following 10 done-for-you marketing campaigns:

    • 2 Facebook classes

    • 1 newsletter

    • 4 email campaigns

    • 3 social media campaigns

  4. Training materials and user guides for Moxie Health Ambassadors.

  5. A completed user testing phase with documented feedback and adjustments implemented.

  6. Deployment of the final Moxie-branded software to Health Ambassadors.

  • Content Team: 3 writers to create the marketing campaigns, training materials, and user guides.

  • Design Team: 3 designers to ensure the software and campaigns align with Moxie’s branding.

Material Resources:

  • SYNDUIT software platform as the base for customization.

  • Digital tools for campaign creation, branding, and testing.

Financial Resources:

  • Budget allocation for:

    • Developer and content team salaries or contracts.

    • Licensing and software tools required for design and testing.

    • Training resources for Health Ambassadors.


Risks and Assumptions

Potential Risks:

  1. Delays in development or design tasks due to unforeseen technical challenges.

  2. Limited engagement or feedback from Moxie stakeholders during the review phases.

  3. Difficulty in achieving alignment between Moxie’s branding requirements and the existing software capabilities.

  4. Resistance to software adoption by Moxie Health Ambassadors.

  5. Budget overruns due to additional scope requirements or resource constraints.

Assumptions:

  1. Moxie stakeholders will provide timely feedback and approvals at each project milestone.

  2. The existing SYNDUIT software platform can accommodate the required branding and feature customizations without significant redevelopment.

  3. Training materials and campaigns will be adequate for Health Ambassadors to adopt the software effectively.

  4. Adequate resources (human, financial, and material) will be available throughout the project duration.


Success Criteria

The success of this project will be measured through the following criteria:

Quantitative Metrics:

  1. Completion of all deliverables within the project timeline and budget.

  2. At least 90% of user testing feedback is addressed before deployment.

  3. Successful training of at least 95% of Moxie Health Ambassadors within the planned schedule.

Qualitative Metrics:

  1. Positive feedback from Moxie stakeholders regarding software customization and branding alignment.

  2. High levels of satisfaction among Moxie Health Ambassadors using the software for their marketing activities.

  3. Increased efficiency and effectiveness of Health Ambassadors in executing their marketing campaigns.
