I began as a freelance writer, creating tailored content for legal, real estate, and health and wellness sectors, sharpening my research skills and adaptability to diverse audiences. This foundation led to a role at SYNDUIT, a late-stage SaaS startup, where I developed educational and promotional content before transitioning to a creative project manager role. There, I managed end-to-end workflows for marketing campaigns, streamlining processes with tools like Asana and Slack and leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently.

As a Senior Content Writer at ThriveDX, I drove B2B and B2C initiatives, created SOPs, and improved operational efficiency through internal documentation and onboarding standardization.
